The Information Center is located at the Sedgwick County Juvenile Facility and is staffed by 4 District Court Clerks.​ With an in-depth knowledge of the different areas of the court system, Information Center clerks are always glad to assist in answering your questions regarding certain areas of the District Court.
​
They answer questions for Civil, Criminal, Family Law, Probate and the Traffic department. These questions deal with hearing dates and times, amount of costs and fines, if there are forms available and also where to get additional information. If they are unable to answer your questions, they will be glad to forward your call to the correct department.​
