Biography:
Judge Phillip Journey is currently the Division 1 Judge of the 18th Judicial District Court. He was appointed in 2008 and prior to that he served as a state senator. Judge Journey earned his business degree from Washburn University and his Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. Judge Journey is currently taking Family Law assignments.
